Overview
These terms apply to purchases from drakoma.com, operated by Drakoma, London, United Kingdom. Our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy also form part of these terms.

1. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens. Measurements are in the size chart on each product page.

2. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT or other applicable taxes where shown at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. For orders outside the UK, see our Shipping policy for import duties. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Orders
When you place an order we'll email to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept an order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. Items become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns and cancellations
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund policy.

6. Intellectual property
All names, logos, designs, images and content on this site belong to Drakoma or our partners. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services
Payments and some other parts of the site are handled by third parties, such as Shopify and payment providers, under their own terms.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
