Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days (1 week) maximum after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

Drakoma is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
