Shipping policy

Dispatch
Unless a product page says otherwise, everything we sell is in stock and ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment.

Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada and Türkiye.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. You pay one shipping charge per order, however many items it contains.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and start from the day your order is dispatched. They are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Duties and taxes
Prices include VAT for UK orders. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged when your parcel arrives. Unless these were charged at checkout, they are your responsibility.

Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may be charged at cost.
